This Cookie Policy explains how Ambersoft FZE LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the 17VLT Fund platform at 17vlt.com, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and collect information about your browsing activity. Similar technologies include local storage, web beacons, and tracking pixels.

4. Consent management
On your first visit to the Platform, a cookie consent banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics. The choice is recorded before PostHog is initialized. For EU/EEA users, we rely on the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and GDPR Article 6(1)(a) as the legal basis for non-essential cookies. You may change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

- Your browser settings — most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies
Note: disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the core functionality of the Platform.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties (PostHog, Stripe, Calendly). These parties operate under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we recommend you review independently.
7. 17VLT Community mobile application
The native 17VLT Community mobile application does not use browser cookies. It stores the opaque mobile session in the operating system’s protected SecureStore and may use ordinary local storage for app preferences and a random installation identifier. With separate campaign measurement consent, AppsFlyer also maintains installation and attribution state on the device. These mobile storage practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Optional mobile campaign measurement uses the AppsFlyer SDK after separate device consent and, on iOS, Apple App Tracking Transparency authorization. You can decline or withdraw this consent in the app's Account settings. The native app does not activate the website’s PostHog, Stripe or Calendly browser integrations.
With that measurement permission, the app may send an AppsFlyer installation identifier and confirmed foreground intervals to our API for the invited-agent referral program. These intervals are collected only while the app is in the foreground and permission remains valid. Declining measurement leaves Community access available. See the Privacy Policy for referral data, retention and deletion details.
8. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email.
