We respond to ordinary support requests as soon as practical and prioritise urgent safety reports. After a privacy-minimising verification step, account deletion requests use the same deletion operation as the in-app action without a discretionary waiting period.
2. What to include
Include only the information needed to understand the problem:
- the email associated with your Community account, when relevant;
- your device platform and app version;
- a short description of what happened and when;
- the public post, project or member name involved in a safety report.
Never send us your password, one-time sign-in code, Apple or X token, private key, payment details or identity document by email.
3. Safety and moderation
Use the in-app report and block controls when they are available. For urgent threats, exploitation, impersonation, privacy exposure or illegal content, also email legal@17vlt.com with the subject “17VLT Community safety report”. The moderation team may hide content, restrict accounts or preserve evidence while it investigates.
4. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app. If you cannot access the app, follow the external request steps on the Account Deletion page.
